New version 2.0 of NVRAM configuration tool BOOTCONF

Hi,

the new version 2.0 of the TT/Falcon/Milan NVRAM configuration tool
BOOTCONF is now available. The main features remain the same, but the
GUI has been updated to use a more moderen look and feel.

Thanks! I found this tool quite handy a few weeks back when I changed the
clock chip in my Hades. I used it to rest the NVRAM then the clock worked
again. :)
