Hi,

*Bushnell rejoins Atari*

Nolan Bushnell, the 1972 co-founder of Atari, has joined the new
company’s Board of Directors.

Bushnell has created over 20 companies since the original Atari and has
been inducted into the Video Game Hall of Fame and the Consumer
Electronics Association Hall of Fame.

Also joining Atari's Board is Tom Virden, a "seasoned executive in the
online leisure, technology and travel businesses who will bring Atari
his strong knowledge of online business and e-commerce."

Bushnell said: “I am very excited to be reacquainted with Atari at a
time when it is poised to make interesting strides in key growth areas
of the games industry. The company and its iconic brands have always
been important to me, and I look forward to further guiding them at the
board level.”

Other notable changes to the Atari Board include the departures of
previous CEO David Gardner and Phil Harrison, who have both resigned
from their Board roles.

Atari said that the two Board appointments come at a time "when Atari
has increased its focus on its iconic brand and world-renowned game
franchises while further expanding its business online."

Hi,

If you're looking at the financial part of the game, here for instance

<http://www.google.com/finance?q=EPA%3AATA>

"Nolan K. Bushnell, Director, Representative of BlueBay High Yield
Investment, Co-founder of Atari Inc." we can think that apart from
his management skills, Nolan Bushnell brings with him investments.

If you're also looking at the fame part of the game, here for instance

<http://www.gamespot.com/news/6192274.html>

"Atari movie to star DiCaprio. Paramount Pictures has given the nod to
making a movie about the life and times of Nolan Bushnell, the outspoken
founder of the company." apart from being the creator of the firm, Nolan
Bushnell inspires history with a charismatic personality, undoubtedly.

For the time beings, if you examine the value for the auction, the
financial part for ATARI is the immediate, and most observable effect.

Nolan Bushnell really looks to be very welcome back to the company :-)

ATARIstically yours =)

I'm sure Nolan Bushnell will appreciate the French one. We also
have frog legs, bourguignon snails, baguette of bread, and bérets.

Sorry Lonny, but you may never have done the trip from Pandora, do you ?
You wouldn't be so rude. I'm wondering if it relates to French usages
or to the famous disgusting "Chuck E. Cheese" fast fooding ?

Were always close to xenophobia, if you don't care with your language.

I can imagine younger generations don't know about Nolan Bushnell.
I don't know much myself. So please, tell me, who's that great man ?

ATARIstically yours =)

Ho, sorry. Nolan Bushnell is living in California. I mean, if you love

Have you actually ever had real fries instead of the 'plastic',
'composted', 'who knows what goes into the powder that makes' em'
McDonalds fries?

McDonalds fries really are the best! I used to goto a local McDonalds, most
McDonalds have no bigger fries then xtra large! This one, for 10 cents more,
was a cup size of a 32 ounce Big Gulp, full of Salty Fries! They used to taste
better back when McDonalds secretly added beef Talon to the Oil!For God's sake
if your eating at McDonalds you cant expect to eat Health Food! Please Reply!
Please Answer! Please Reply Irregardless of your Answers! Thanx! =-=Ben=-=

Not that this conversation has ANYTHING to do with Atari, but I
personally don't like McDonald's fries. Burger King's and
Jack-in-the-Box's are much better, in my opinion. In-n-Out's are also
good for that "home-made" french fry taste. Wendy's are ok, too. I
simply cannot eat McD's after they've cooled for a minute or two (the
time it takes to get them from the deep frier to the table). Very nasty.
BK's and JitB's keep a good flavor and crispness, even when cool. Again,
my opinion. Now, I digress. That was fun, but now back to Atari stuff... :)
