There are probably only a handful of ISP's that offer dial up UNIX shell
accounts in North America. Apart from SDF the only two I am aware of are
Panix and Calweb. Just to _stress_ I haven't either, but from looking at
their websites, they seems to offer what you are looking for. Have a look
at www.panix.com and www.calweb.com respectively. Panix has local dial-up
numbers for your area.

The unix programs you use, lynx, alpine/pine, nano/pico, ftp etc should be
available from any shell provider and if not I am sure they will install
them on request. Both Panix and Calweb list those programs as installed.
Both say they also offer web hosting and support.

An HTML Command That Shows A File Which Is Not Actually, Physically Inside
An HTML File! Like Viewing My OnLine Catalogs, But They Are Not Actually
Loaded In! Or The Links On My Page Are Not Really There But Instead Are
Centrally Located In One File Making It Easier To Edit And Maintain!
