Hello.

I am working on a small sihgle window example program.

I would like to tell the time in plain day to day language.
It is already in AHCC's journal, but only in dutch :-)

It would be nice to have it in other languages as well.

How does one tell the time in street language when it is:

Exactly twelve.
Just has been twelve.
Almost twelve.
Almost five past twelve.
Just has been five before(past) twelve.
Almost quarter(half) past twelve.
Just has been quarter before twelve.

replace twelve by any lower positive non zero number ;-)

PS
Correct English as well :-)
